• Adults (under 65), Youth/Students (under 19), Children (under 13)
• Free Admission   - Under 6 or Over 65   - Individuals with level 1 to 3 disabilities (including free admission for one caretaker per individual), individuals with level 4 to 6 disabilities   - ROK veterans & persons who have rendered distinguished service to the State (with valid ID)   - Honorary Seoul Citizens (with valid ID)
• The following receive 30% discount on tickets : - group of at least 30 persons; or   - cardholder of Love Card for Family with Many Children (Love Card) and his/her dependents.

A matching valid ID and other proof are required for discounted or free admission.

• For individuals
  The following individuals are admitted free or may purchase discounted tickets, but a valid ID, e.g., health insurance card, family relationship certificate, passport, or student ID, must be presented for admission.
    - Seniors (65+)
    - Individual with disabilities
    - Children under 13 and students without chaperones
• Self-guided groups
  For a self-guided group, the group leader should gather the IDs of members and check-in at the Ticketing Window. (Member list is not accepted.)
  For a school group of children under thirteen or students, the teacher must present a valid ID, a list of children, and other valid evidence presented as proof of the institution/school to which he/she belongs.
